Miracles Week + Merry Christmas

There was no updates for last week. I am sorry.

It was really wonderful to read this week's email update, and it was about miracles.
The subject title of the email was "A week of miracle. Eine Woche der Wunder"

I would like to share with you all the whole email of this week's update and you will love it.
"Guten Tag liebe Familie und Freunde,

Was für eine Woche. Sie war wunderbar und wir haben sehr viel Spaß gehabt.

On the weekend, we had our Christmas street display and it was a lot of fun. We had about 6 members come and help us. It was such a great success. We met 4 new friends of the church. The blessings of the Lord are wonderful.

Two nights before, we were at the bishops house and we decorated a few candles so we could use them as gifts for people on the street. A picture will be attached afterwards. We had so much fun with the bishop. He is really a great guy and is always willing to help the missionaries.

So onto the miracles for the week. On Friday, we had 5 miracles throughout the day.

#1 it was raining and we needed to go by on a few people. As we were in the bus, I said a pray, that God would protect us from getting sick. As soon as we hopped off the bus, Elder Green pulled out an
umbrella (I didn't know he had one with him), we didn't become sick from the rain/cold.

#2 while visiting a family, Elder Green spoke a word of prayer in his heart, that it'd stop raining. As soon as we walked out the door, it stopped raining and it started one hour later as soon as we hopped in the bus and went home.

#3 we visited an elderly man, and sang Christmas songs to him. As we were on our way home, we had to take a bus, but the bus was late, about 7-10 Minutes late. Because the bus was late, we would most likely miss our train to our next appointment. As we approached Hauptbahnhof, we said a prayer that we could make the train. We ran and ran until we got there. We opened the doors, sat down and the train left immediately.

#4 the train ride took us to another city, called Plauen. There, we got to sing Christmas Carols to all the Elderly. We went to an elderly peoples home and got to sing to about 100 elderly people. They were crying and singing along. The spirit was AMAZING!!

#5 almost at day's end, while waiting for our train to come to go home, a man approaches us and has a question if we could pray for him.We spoke with him for a bit and found out that his best friends dad is a member of our faith and wanted a prayer from faithful men. We said a prayer and sent him away with a smile on his face.

I know the Lord blesses His people, not just the missionaries. We must live in such a way, that the scripture in Ether can be fulfilled. For it says in Ether 12:12, For if there be no faith among the children of men God can do no miracle among them; wherefore, he showed not himself until after their faith.

We need to have faith that God will bless us and give unto us miracles, this I know with my whole entire heart. I love him and I love His son. His Son was born 2000 years ago, Christ did walk the
Earth, He did perform miracles and He was resurrected, so we could become like Him.

As some may know, the fourth advent is now gone. This week is Christmas. I am so excited. I love German Christmas. 3 days of non stop eating!!! Haha. Also everyone loves us in Zwickau, we are so
blessed to be here. I want to wish you all a very merry Christmas. I hope that you all have a blessed week.

Love you all,

Elder Pinyon"
